- All canine guests must show proof of current DHLPP (yearly), Rabies, Influenza and Bordetella (yearly).

A flea inspection will be conducted upon arrival. A mandatory Capstar pill will be given if fleas are present.
Fort Wayne: Our FW location is no longer providing a house food for lodgers. Please be sure to bring the proper amount of food needed for your pets stay in packaging that is labeled clearly with instructions. In the case that your dog runs out of their own food during their stay, we will supplement with Purina EN that we keep on site for unexpected situations such as this.
Napoleon: Our Napoleon location continues to provide Purina EN for lodgers during their stay. However, we do recommend bringing your pets own food in order to decrease the risk of upset stomach due to diet change.

Guests may check-in or out during regular business hours and by appointment on Sundays. If a guest checks out before 10AM Monday through Saturday, there will be no charge for that day’s lodging.
Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit offers a proactive "sick pet care” program called PetsFirst. This program is designed to give our lodging clients added peace of mind. The program covers unexpected illnesses or injuries while pets are lodged at Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit and within five days of their departure date.
Coverage
The program covers any unexpected illness or injury during your pet’s lodging stay, or within five days of your pet’s departure from the facility. For example, if your pet is seen by a veterinarian for an upset stomach or lameness while at Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit or within five days after lodging, PetsFirst would provide up to $200.00 for veterinary care. Pet owners are responsible for all charges exceeding the $200.00 maximum coverage amount. Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit requires that all original claims for veterinary services be submitted to them within two weeks of your pet’s lodging departure date for payment or reimbursement. Pampered Pets also requires that your veterinarian forward diagnosis and treatment history to them prior to payment or reimbursement.
Non-Coverage
The program does not cover any pre-existing or chronic health or medical conditions. Also not covered is an injury caused by one of your pets to another if they share a lodging space at your request.
